Viaje en el tren más famoso del mundo que desde 1883 recorre Europa. El Venice Simplon Orient Express, es una réplica del fabricado en 1864 por George Pullman en el que han viajado multitud de pasajeros célebres y que han inspirado incontables libros y películas. Los pasajeros que pasan la noche a bordo del Venice Simplon Orient- Express serán transportados a épocas pasadas. Todos sus rincones emanan lujo, desde sus glamurosos vagones, sus sofisticados y confortables compartimentos, el servicio personalizado de su mayordomo, hasta su restaurante, cuyo mobiliario y complementos datan de principios de siglo. Todo ello hace que el viaje en el Venice Simplon Orient Express sea el lugar perfecto para una celebración o unas vacaciones especiales. Los vagones del tren son los originarios, datan de los años 20 —durante el apogeo de los trenes de lujo—. Los diseños originales y la marquetería han sido restaurados por expertos restauradores al más mínimo detalle. Tienen marquetería de madera y accesorios de latón con detalles originales de los años 20; cada compartimento está equipado con un lavabo con agua caliente y fría, con toallas, agua mineral, jabón (no tienen ducha ya que en los años 20 no tenían). Los WC se encuentran al principio y/o al final de cada coche-cama. Disponen de doble toma de corriente 230/ 115 voltios. Al lado de la puerta se encuentran los interruptores de las luces y un botón para poder llamar al mayordomo. Tienen radiadores que se controlan individualmente y las ventanas se pueden abrir. Algunas cabinas cuentan con caja fuerte. Se recomienda llevar 2 maletas blandas de aproximadamente 70 X 45 cms. cada una, con los enseres necesarios durante su estancia en el tren. El resto del equipaje irá a aparte y no se podrá recoger hasta que usted llegue a su destino.

Day 1 Board the British Pullman train at London Victoria station, your steward will show you to your reserved seat. Sit back and enjoy Brunch served with a Bellini as you travel through the Kentish countryside. After crossing the Channel board the Venice Simplon-Orient-Express. Enjoy a delicious four-course dinner, in the beautifully restored restaurant cars.After dinner retire to your cabin, which has now been transformed into a cosy bedroom.
Day 2 You awake to the magnificent scenery of the Swiss Alps as breakfast is served in your cabin at a time to suit you. Spend the morning relaxing in your cabin or in the Bar Car chatting to fellow guests. Enjoy a leisurely three-course lunch which is served in another one of the beautiful restaurant cars. While away the afternoon admiring the passing scenery as the train travels through the Italian Dolomites. Later, afternoon tea is served in your cabin. All too soon it is time to prepare to disembark as the train crosses the Venetian Lagoon and pulls into Santa Lucia station. Begin a two night stay in Venice.
Day 3 Enjoy your time in Venice at leisure.
Day 4 After two glorious days in Venice, board the Venice Simplon-Orient-Express at Venice Santa Lucia station. Your steward will show you to your private cabin and will attend you throughout your journey. After you have settled in it will soon be time to enjoy a three-course lunch in one of the restaurant cars. Spend the afternoon relaxing in the comfort of your cabin gazing at the beautiful passing scenery. Afternoon tea is served in your cabin. A leisurely four-course dinner is served, prepared on board by our skilled French chefs. After dinner retire to your cabin which has now been transformed into a cosy bedroom.
Day 5 Breakfast is served in your cabin by your steward at a time to suit you. The train pulls into Paris Gare de l’Est and halts for 40 minutes, take this opportunity to stretch your legs along the platform. A delicious brunch is served in the restaurant cars as you travel on towards the French coast for the Channel crossing. Join the British Pullman for the journey to London. A traditional afternoon tea accompanied by a glass of Champagne is served, before arriving at London Victoria station.
